We had another great class this morning at Fire-House Fitness. If you haven't had a chance to join us yet that's o.k. because we will be rockin the house (and shakin too!) tomorrow night. The Zumba Party begins at 6:00 pm and we will go over basic steps for the first few minutes. Bring your friends, family members, even your kids to a fun workout. We will have a drawing for a Zumba prize for all those who are there.
I now have punchcards available for 10 classes. Anyone who purchases a 10 class punchcard in the month of August gets a free t-shirt. If you bring a friend who purchases a punchcard you get two free classes.

Fire-House Rocks!
So we had our first Zumba class at Fire-House Fitness this morning and they were awesome! All the dances were brand new to them and they looked like pros! Remember two morning classes a week Tues and Thurs at 9:15 am. The first class is free so come try it out, I know you will love it! There will also be a class on Friday night at 6 pm, a Zumba Party!!! Feel free to bring your daughters, ages 12 and up, and all your friends so you can zumba together.
