NEW ZUMBA CLASSES COMING TO FIRE-HOUSE FITNESS!

You asked for it and you got it, more Zumba classes! I am excited to announce that I will be teaching Zumba classes at Fire-House Fitness starting in August. Check back for exact info on days and times and then work more Zumba into your schedule. Classes can be paid for on a class by class basis (no membership required) or you can purchase a punch card of 10 classes. So get the word out, this will be the perfect time for you to work out (or should I say party?) with your friends and family members.

Yesterday I attended an all day workshop presented by the founder of Zumba, Beto Perez. It was so much fun and I can't wait to bring all the new ideas to my Zumba class.
