HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR FIRE-HOUSE FITNESS

Just wanted to let you all know that we will continue our classes at Fire-House Fitness through December 17th and then the studio will be closed for two weeks. That means that Zumba classes will be taking place as normal this week and next week (with the exception of Friday, Dec. 18th). Don't forget we have classes Monday and Wednesday at 7:15 pm and Friday at 6 pm. There are also two morning classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 am. See ya there!

HALLOWEEN PARTY!

Don't forget this Friday is the Zumba Halloween Party at 6 pm! Everyone who comes gets their name entered in the drawing and you get another entry just for wearing a costume. For each friend you bring that's another entry and for every Zumba class you come to before the party, you guessed it, that's one more entry! I will be giving away great prizes and everyone who comes gets a special "treat". Can't wait to see you there to dance "Thriller" with us! Come before all your other Halloween parties and burn off the candy you are sure to eat!

Zumba Kidz Rock!

Last Wednesday we had our first Zumba 4 Kidz class and the kids were awesome! I couldn't believe how fast they caught on. Can't wait to go to the class tomorrow, I don't know who's more excited the kids or me!

EXCITING NEWS!

Three exciting things to announce:

Zumba 4 Kidz starts tomorrow (Wed.) at 3:30 pm at Fire-House! If you haven't signed up yet you can come to the first class and sign up or you can drop in to a class for a $12 fee.

New Zumba class starting this Wed. at 7:15 pm! Now we have classes Mon, Wed and Fri nights and Tues and Thurs morning. Check out the schedule to the right.

Zumba Halloween Party October 30th from 6-7:30 pm. Come get your workout in before all your other Halloween parties, work off the candy before you eat it! We will have a drawing for cool prizes and everyone who comes gets a "treat"! Bring a friend or wear a costume for more entries in the drawing.

Zumba 4 Kidz

A new class exclusively for kids is coming to Fire-House Fitness. The class will be held on Wednesdays at 3:30 and the 6 week session will begin in October. The cost is just $65, much less than traditional dance lessons, and your child will be moving the entire class. What a great way for your kids to learn about dance and experience a fun way to exercise. Don't wait, space is limited. Contact me for more info.

New Monday Night Class Starting Next Week

No more reason to dread Mondays because now you can come to Zumba on Monday nights at Fire-House Fitness beginning Sep. 14th! The class will start at 7:15 pm (not 8:00 as I previously posted) and will run for 1 hour. Come get your groove on and get a great workout in after the weekend.

Remember no experience is necessary, anyone can do this class!!! I keep hearing from people that they are too embarrassed or they can't dance. I'm encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. Zumba is one of the best things to ever happen to me and I know it can be that for you too! You never know unless you try!

Labor Day Weekend Zumba!

Many of you have been asking if we are having class this Friday, Sept. 4th and the answer is YES!!!

As summer is winding down Zumba is getting hotter and hotter! So come join us this Friday night from 6-7:15 for our Zumba Cardio Party at Fire-House Fitness. Bring a friend, make a night of it!

Friday Night Zumba Party!

We had another great class this morning at Fire-House Fitness. If you haven't had a chance to join us yet that's o.k. because we will be rockin the house (and shakin too!) tomorrow night. The Zumba Party begins at 6:00 pm and we will go over basic steps for the first few minutes. Bring your friends, family members, even your kids to a fun workout. We will have a drawing for a Zumba prize for all those who are there.

I now have punchcards available for 10 classes. Anyone who purchases a 10 class punchcard in the month of August gets a free t-shirt. If you bring a friend who purchases a punchcard you get two free classes.

Fire-House Rocks!

So we had our first Zumba class at Fire-House Fitness this morning and they were awesome! All the dances were brand new to them and they looked like pros! Remember two morning classes a week Tues and Thurs at 9:15 am. The first class is free so come try it out, I know you will love it! There will also be a class on Friday night at 6 pm, a Zumba Party!!! Feel free to bring your daughters, ages 12 and up, and all your friends so you can zumba together.

NEW ZUMBA CLASSES COMING TO FIRE-HOUSE FITNESS!

You asked for it and you got it, more Zumba classes! I am excited to announce that I will be teaching Zumba classes at Fire-House Fitness starting in August. Check back for exact info on days and times and then work more Zumba into your schedule. Classes can be paid for on a class by class basis (no membership required) or you can purchase a punch card of 10 classes. So get the word out, this will be the perfect time for you to work out (or should I say party?) with your friends and family members.

Zumba Workshop with Beto!

Yesterday I attended an all day workshop presented by the founder of Zumba, Beto Perez. It was so much fun and I can't wait to bring all the new ideas to my Zumba class.
